Getting new british passport/new pages in SG
I currently live in Singapore and have a british passport. Sadly I'm very close to running out of pages, and have a few trips abroad lined up over the next couple of months.
Does anyone know if it's possible to have additional passport pages added to a british passport in Singapore, or if not, if .....

I replaced mine last year, due to lack of pages. Took about 4 weeks. Go onto the HM website. You have to send it to the UK. Avoid holiday periods, it can add months to the wait.

Recycling at workplace
Long story short, I've been tasked to start up a recycling initiative in my workplace. In existence, we have ZERO recycling effort - everyone just chuck paper, plastic, batteries in the same bin, much to my chagrin.
But I have zero experience or knowledge to start one. I guess starting a committee .....

I think you take MoM's response at face value. An appeal isn't likely to be successful unless it raises at least one new, material fact for MoM to consider. Simply repeating the same information and asking for a different result isn't likely to work.

You cannot add pages, unfortunately. Annoyingly the U.S. just discontinued this service at the end of 2015, so U.S. passport holders now have the same problem.
One option is to get on a plane to the U.K. and head to the Passport Customer Service Centre (with a prearranged appointment, which is .....

well my office has those standard recycling bins (red blue green) as we have a centralised dumping area.
perhaps you can start by providing such bins?

Commensurate is not a verb in standard international English -- it's an adjective -- but we'll leave that grammatical issue aside.
Per the dictionary meaning of commensurate, MoM did not specify whether the offered salary is too high or two low. But MoM means one or the other. Usually it would be .....
