Basically, there are 2 types of accommodation that you'd be looking at renting - either an HDB flat or a condo. HDB flats are cheaper, but not as nice and don't have facilities like swimming pool, gym etc. Condos are more expensive but are often brand new and very nice. If you get an older condo .....
