One of our MC members in a RE lady - she says volumes are hit but prices staying steady. People who were on the sidelines are getting panicky - even the most cashed up buyer is not happy forking out 5% upwards just for a 'stamp' from the Gahmen. She's lost a few sales but expects it will come back .....
