If you refer to HDB studio apartment (1 room). That is not open for rental. Only citizen above 55 yrs old can buy.
By the way, last Friday new rules surface. HDB owner who are PR cannot rent out the whole unit.
So, when you want to rent a HDB whole unit, please .....
