I'm one of these NS defaulters. Left at the age of 17 for the US. Now I'm 45 years old.
My questions are:
1) Can I renounce my Singapore citizenship now that I'm over 40 years old? It seems the Enlistment Act does not apply anymore after 40. If so, is there any benefit to doing .....
